Mid-Century Modern Furniture Designs

Custom Living has designed a range of Mid-Century Modern furniture that is stylish and functional. The mid-century trend is very popular at the moment and in the right environment can complement your home and your style.

We use a combination of satin sprayed supawood and solid hardwoods to manufacture furniture that is economical and beautiful. We also have a skilled team of painters who can do effects and patterns on just about anything.

Tables, tables, tables.....

Every home and office needs a table, some need more. We manufacture tables to order and make them to fit your space and colour scheme. 

We can work with any style of leg and any style of top. We love the herringbone tables made with reclaimed wood and a steel base, and have also made solid oak tables with turned or straight legs. 

We also manufacture boardroom tables and conference tables with writable glossy formica tops. Speak to us about your requirements and utilise our in house design team to create the perfect table for you.

Whilst many people like a built in cupboard, some people prefer a stand alone wardrobe, or perhaps they simply need some extra storage space. We manufacture a range of single and double wardrobes and can paint them to match your requirements. Most popular are the vintage armoire we make for the Little Legends Baby & Child nursery range. We make these open, or closed; single or double. We also manufacture these in the Mid-Century Modern style with the tapered legs.

Often there is only a certain amount of space that is available for a wardrobe, and we are happy to customize the size to fit your space.

Hairpin Leg Crazy

We love hairpin legs and we are currently creating some meeting tables and coffee shop tables with hairpin legs for a creative agency in town. in fact, we are fitting out their entire office space, but thats another story.

Hairpin legs are fairly versatile, they can be painted any colour, although we like the raw or black hairpin legs combined with a dark solid wood or black-oiled oak.
